About Werk

Werk is a free job board for South Africa. Many good jobs are posted only on company career pages, spread over dozens of sites. Werk collects them in one place, so you can search by town, province and category without visiting each site.

How it works

• Every day a program reads the public job pages of the companies we list.
• For each job we write a short summary and sort it by category and place.
• When you find a job you like, the Apply button takes you to the employer’s own page. You apply there, not on Werk.
• Jobs that are closed or filled are removed from Werk.

What Werk does not do

• Werk never asks you to create an account, pay a fee or hand over documents.
• Werk is not a recruiter and does not take part in hiring. Jobs belong to the employers who posted them.
• Werk can make mistakes. Always check the details on the original posting before you apply.

Listing removal

If you are an employer and want a listing changed or removed, please contact us. We act on such requests promptly.
